Construction and electromechanical works for the upgrade and complete remodeling of the municipal building to a cultural center, on the coastal front of Agios Konstantinos.

The project includes:

Replacement works of the old covering of the roof made of particularly dangerous asbestos elements with a ceramic roof, which ensures the waterproofing and thermal insulation of the building.
Photovoltaic installation to achieve energy autonomy with a net metering function, ensuring economy in the cost of the required energy for its operation.
